Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The successful contractor shall provide Construction Services for all supervision, labor, equipment and materials to install a new parking lot on the parade grounds of and for the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration's (VHA) Boise VA Medical Center (BVAMC) located at 500 West Fort Street, Boise, ID 83702; as set forth in the Scope of Work (SOW) and Specifications; as shown in the Drawings; and as further specified in this Solicitation; all of which are for BVAMC Project No. 531-22-103, titled Add Parking on Parade Grounds (collectively referred to as the "Work"). The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
