Install conduit on the exterior of the building from the main distribution panel to the interior wall behind the walk-in cooler, covering an approximate distance of 65 feet. Install a new 100-amp three-phase service feed from the main distribution panel to a new 100-amp three-phase subpanel located beside the existing electric forklift receptacle, using metal EMT conduit and copper THHN conductors. Remove the forklift breaker from the outdoor main distribution panel and install a new 100-amp three-phase breaker, then re-feed the forklift disconnect from the new subpanel to the existing receptacle, replacing conduit, wiring, and the receptacle if required. Provide electrical wiring for the walk-in seed cooler by installing surface-mounted conduit from the new subpanel to the cooler area, installing a service disconnect switch, and wiring the disconnect to the cooler's pre-wired control panel. Startup and testing of the cooler will be performed separately by an HVAC contractor provided by the owner. All removed materials shall be disposed of or recycled, and all work areas shall be cleaned. Work must be completed within 30 calendar days from contract award, and all materials and workmanship shall be warranted for one year from project completion.
