The project consists of constructing a new municipal production well and pump house at the City's utility lot at Van Buren St. and 14th Ave. The selected Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, materials, and incidentals to complete the work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract, and bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
