Site work for a water / sewer project in Spirit Lake, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of installation of 8-inch and 12-inch water mainline for approximately 4,000 lineal feet. Installation will encompass pressure main installation, interconnections, connections to the existing system, site rehabilitation, temporary sediment and erosion control, highway 41 casing and water line crossing, and installation of fire hydrants. The proposed construction site is primarily located along Maine Street and 14th Avenue in undeveloped city rights-of-ways as outlined on the construction plans. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The selected Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, materials and incidentals to complete the work. The project is funded by the City of Spirit Lake.
