The project includes the rehabilitation of six floating lagoon aerators, replacement of one submersible lift station equipment, and installation of one debris basket manhole. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Town of Friars Point, distinctly marked as a bid for the Wastewater Collection System Addition. Bids exceeding $50,000.00 must display the contractor's current certificate of responsibility number on the envelope, or a statement if the bid does not exceed $50,000.00. Bids are accepted only under the name of the bidder issued contract documents by Plan House Printing and appearing on their official list of plan holders. Bidders are encouraged to register at the provided website to access contract documents, which are only available from Plan House Printing and Graphics, and document payments are nonrefundable. A bid security of five percent of the total bid is required, and the successful bidder must provide 100% Payment and Performance Bonds.
