Sealed or electronic bids are sought for Weed Abatement (Grass Cutting) Season Contractors. Bids must be submitted to the City of Shreveport Purchasing Division at Government Plaza, Suite 610. Estimated expenditure is $300,000. Bidders must provide their name, address, bid number, project name, opening date/time, and the City's address on the outside of the bid envelope. It is the bidder's responsibility to inquire about issued addenda. Prior to the contract award, contractors must pay all outstanding taxes, licenses, fees, and other charges due to the City. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities.
