Renovation of an educational facility in Yale, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Yale Public School District is requesting bids for flooring installation according to the enclosed specifications and instructions. Sealed bids must be submitted in the Board Office, 198 School Drive, Yale, MI 48097, and marked on the envelope "BOILER REPLACEMENT BID 2026". All bids must be valid for at least 90 days from the due date. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive omissions, irregularities, or clerical errors not affecting substantial compliance with the plans and specifications. All materials used must be asbestos free. Smoking or use of tobacco products is not allowed in school buildings or on district property according to State of Michigan law and district guidelines. This bid document includes forms required for response, and there are separate documents detailing both Avoca and Farrell Elementary boiler projects as well as the combined Project Manual. Avoca Elementary School: 8751 Willow Street, Township of Kenockee, MI 48006. 2. Farrell-Emmett Elementary School: 3300 Kinney Road, Emmett, MI 48022. This project involves replacement of existing HWHS boilers, flues, piping, pumps and controls. Related electrical work and related architectural work are part of these projects.. B. Contract Scope: Construction, demolition, and renovation The Project consists of the replacement of the existing hot water heating boilers at each shool along with replacment of related piping, pumps, and water treatment equipement. New equipment pads and roof modifications will also be done
