**As of April 3rd, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on April 6th,2026** This contract provides for the reconstruction of approximately 830 linear feet of North Ahtanum Avenue, from West 1st Street to the end of the road. Work includes but is not limited to: excavation, grading, crushed surfacing materials, hot mix asphalt, storm drainage facilities, cement concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk, pavement markings, surface restoration, utility adjustments, and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Special Provisions, and Standard Specifications. Sealed Proposals must be submitted on the provided form, accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the City of Wapato in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. Bidders are encouraged to register on the specified website to receive notifications and be placed on the Bidders List. Contract questions shall be directed only to the office of the Project Engineer. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal.
