This acquisition is for the procurement of greenhouse controls and integration at USDA ARS Wapato, Washington. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to furnish and install a complete greenhouse control system as specified in the attached Statement of Work. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price purchase order based on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation. Quotes must include technical specifications, pricing (including shipping), and a completed copy of FAR Provision 52.212-3. The period of performance is 60 calendar days from receipt of order. Inspection and acceptance will be conducted by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) at the destination. All applicable FAR and AGAR clauses and provisions apply. Amendment 01 acknowledges the posting of the August 21 site visit sign-in sheet and requires signed acknowledgment with proposal submission. Location: USDA ARS, 24106 N. Bunn Road, Wapato, WA 98951. Questions in regards to this combined synopsis/solicitation are due no later than 4:00 PM PDT on August 27, 2025. Answers to any questions received by that time will be posted as an amendment to this combined synopsis/solicitation.
