This invitation is open to Indain and non-Indian persons and firms. Indain preference applies to this project, pursuant to Section 7(b) of the Indain Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (25 U.S.C. Section 5307 (b)), perference and opportunities for training and employment that are given to Indians, and preference in the award of contracts and subcontracts that age to Indian Organizations and Indian-owned economic enterprisies as defined in Section 3 of the Indian Financing Act of 1974 (25 U.S.C. Question deadline due was 08/04/2025 as per Addendum 1 YNHA requests proposals from experienced firms to provide a fixed price bid to furnish all labor, specified materials and equipment to install 25 cold climate heat pumps, air handlers, and associated duct work and electrical, described in the scope of work (attachment "A"). The project consists of 15 single-family homes located in Old Adams View , Wapato (9) twobedroom, 936 Sq. Ft. homes; (2) three-bedroom, 1230 Sq. Ft. homes; (4) four-bedroom, 1412 Sq. Ft. homes. The work shall include, but not be limited to all labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals, insurance, insurance, overhead and profit to perform the work as outlined below. All work should be performed according to current State (SBC) and Federal (IBC) building codes. This project requires a contractor to have a Yakama Nation Tribal Business License and pay TERO fees if applicable. The HEAR Program will not be responsible for any licensing fees, including the Tribal business license.
