*As of April 14, 2026, their were No bids received by the CMAR on this Work Package. There is a possibility that this Work Package might go back out for rebid. Project construction is estimated to start in Q3 2026. This Work Package includes all site civil, grading, drainage, utility piping, paving, and restoration necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Contract Documents. Key Scope Elements: - Site Civil & Drainage: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, layout, testing, and incidentals to complete site civil, grading, paving preparation, and drainage work. All work must be complete, operational, and ready for acceptance. - Fine Grading: Perform fine grading for all drainage systems and utility installations per the Contract Documents. - Ditches & Retaining Walls: Furnish and install all ditches and retaining walls, including subgrade preparation, excavation, footings, formwork, reinforcing steel, concrete placement, finishing, curing, jointing, wall drainage, backfill, and compaction for cast-in-place concrete retaining walls and concrete-lined ditches. - Excavation & Trenching: Perform all excavation, trenching, bedding, backfill, and compaction for civil and utility work in accordance with the Contract Documents and applicable regulations. - Piping & Utilities: Excavate, install, connect, test, and backfill all piping and appurtenances, including manholes and yard hydrants. Provide trench safety systems and conduct all required testing. - Pavement: Form, reinforce, and pour all pavement, including subgrade preparation, compaction, base course, reinforcement, curbs, joints, finishing, layout, striping, markings, symbols, and surface treatments. Provide curing, protection, and QA/testing as required for acceptance. - Site & Final Restoration: Restore all disturbed areas to match surrounding grades. At final restoration, remove all temporary roadway and trailer/parking flex base, regrade roadways to finished grades, remove the temporary construction entrance, remove and dispose of existing trailer and parking lot surfaces, and restore all affected areas with grass per Specification Section 32 92 00 - Turfs & Grasses. - Permits & Inspections: Coordinate and obtain all required permits, certificates, and inspections in accordance with the Contract Documents and City requirements. - Borrow Area: Utilize the Borrow Area for backfill or disposal of clean spoils, as permitted. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be received in writing via CivCast, no later than 5:00 p.m. CST, March 6th, 2026.
