They include the following: Hammonds Ferry Park and Ride (Mile point at entrance is 2.28) 824 Hammonds Ferry Road Linthicum Heights, MD 21090 Lothian Bay Front Park and Ride (Mile point at entrance is 5.05) 5770 Solomons Island Road Lothian, MD 20711 Lothian Lower Pindell Park and Ride (Mile point at entrance is 1.54) 6250 Southern Maryland Boulevard Lothian, MD 20711 Pre-Bid Conference: A Pre-Bid Conference has not been scheduled for this Project Classification: C - $500,001 to $1,000,000 In accordance with State Finance and Procurement Title 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, no bid, performance or payment bonds are required for bids less than $100,000.00. However, bids $100,000.00 and above will not be considered unless a Bid Security is submitted as outlined in the Invitation for Bids. Bid Security shall equal at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid.
