The Carlynton School District, Allegheny County, Carnegie, PA, will receive signed and sealed Bids for Project Number 24-S23-02R, which consists of the High School Production Studio. Contracts covered include: 01 - General Construction, 03 - Mechanical / Plumbing Construction, and 04 - Electrical Construction. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked with the Project Name, Prime Construction Contract Number and Name, Company Name, and the words BID ENCLOSED - Do Not Open. Each bid must include a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check for ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid amount, made payable to or indemnifying the Carlynton School District. Additional submission requirements are a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Contractors Qualification Statement, and Certificate of Authority (if applicable). Prime Bidders are required to register to receive notification of Addenda and project updates, and to access the PrintScape Website. Bidders must submit the registration request on company letterhead, including Company Name, Contract(s) being bid, and contact information. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and accept or reject any or all bids. Purchase of the Project Manual and Drawings is non-refundable. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on site.
