The base bid consists of improvements to various specified roads, including 2nd Street, Bergenline Avenue, 10th Street, 11th Street, 36th Street, Kennedy Boulevard, 39th Street, and 47th Street. The work includes traffic control, HMA milling, paving, speed humps, and traffic markings. All work must be completed within 30 calendar days from the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities (except mandatory/non-waivable items per statute), or adjust quantities as specified. The Project consists of one (1) base bid of improvements to the following roads: • 2 nd Street (between New York Avenue and speed hump in front of 418) • Bergenline Avenue (between 2 nd Street and speed hump in front of 208) • 10 th Street (between speed hump in front of 510 to West Street) • 11 th Street (between speed hump in front of 308 to speed hump in front of 322) • 11 th Street (between Bergenline Avenue and speed hump in front of 416) • 36 th Street (between speed hump in front of 109 and speed hump in front of 138) • Kennedy Boulevard (between 37 th Street to 38 th Street), Northbound side only • 39 th Street (between speed hump in front of 207 to speed hump in front of 215) • Kennedy Boulevard (between 46 th Street and 47 th Street), Northbound side only • 47 th Street (between Kennedy Boulevard to speed hump in front of 520) No oral interpretation and or clarification of the meaning of the specifications for any goods and services or construction will be made to any bidder. Such request shall be in writing, addressed to the Ownerís representative stipulated in the specification.
