Sealed bids are solicited for the TPSS Advanced College & Career Magnet Center Phase 2, located at 300 W 2nd Street, Independence, LA 70443, under TPSS Project Number 25-0541. Complete bidding documents are accessible in electronic form at no cost via City Blueprint and Central Bidding. Bids must be accompanied by bid security totaling five percent (5%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder is required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must hold appropriate licensing under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192, specifically for Classification 1 - Building Construction. Bids cannot be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days, except as provided by LA. R.S. 38:2214. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. Plan holders are responsible for reproduction costs.
