Renovation of a mixed-use development in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and medical facility.

The State of Tennessee is inviting General Contractor bids for the UTHSC Dental Buildings Upgrade (24/25) at the University of Tennessee, Health Science Center in Memphis/Shelby. Bidders must be licensed and qualified according to state law. A bid security of five percent (5%) is required in the form of a Bid Bond or certified/cashier's check made payable to the State of Tennessee. A non-discrimination policy applies.
