Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for the project involving the site work and construction of a new track and field facility at Thomasville High School. The project includes site grading, site utilities, concrete sidewalks, asphalt paving and base, track surfacing, fencing, and electrical work including athletic field lighting. Bids are to be submitted as a General Contract (all trades). Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount is required with each bid. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference and must be properly licensed and able to obtain required insurance and bonds. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Printed procurement and contracting documents may be obtained for a fee, and only complete sets will be issued to prime bidders.
