Work includes renovation to a booster pump station with demolition of piping and pumps and furnishing and installing two new pumps with piping, panels, VFD's, instrumentation, and all related appurtenances. Contractors must obtain contract documents from DCCM and be added to the list of Plan Holders to be eligible to bid. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified cashier's check valued at not less than five percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder must provide both a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each equal to one hundred percent of the awarded contract amount. location BETWEEN 6919 AND 7001 GA-59 LAVONIA, GA 30553 The project will receive partial funding from the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority and is subject to all associated Federal and State laws and regulations. Bidders must comply with Equal Employment Opportunity, the Copeland Anti-Kickback Act, and the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act. Bids must include a completed Federal Work Authorization Contractor Affidavit. The contractor performing the work must provide proof of a valid license by the State of Georgia as a Utility Contractor and employ a Utility Manager certification holder for work oversight. The bid must list the license number and provide proof of a valid license.
