Standish-Sterling Community Schools is soliciting bids for Self-Provisioned Fiber Maintenance projects. Bidders are required to comply with all instructions, general conditions, and requirements as stated. No additional stipulations or qualifications are to be made to the Intent to Bid Form. Submission requires both a physical copy in a sealed envelope and an electronic upload to the designated portal. No oral, telephonic, telegraphic, email, or facsimile bids will be accepted, and late submissions will not be considered. The district is not providing a walkthrough for this RFP and does not require a bid bond. Each bid must include the full legal name and business identification of the bidder, a signed Bid Signature Page, a bill of materials, a Familial Disclosure Affidavit, an Iran Linked Business Affidavit, and a list of at least four references, one being a school or school district for similar work performed within the past three years. Bidders may request blueprints and/or drawings at their own expense. Only properly executed and complete proposals will be considered for the project scope described in the RFP.
