Sealed bids are requested for the Snow Removal Equipment Building - Site Preparation Package - Construction for the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority. Bids must be received by the specified deadline and location. The Bid Documents, including a description of the scope of work, required response format, and additional instructions, are available online. Each bid must be made by a contractor licensed in Tennessee and accompanied by a 5% Bid Guarantee. The successful bidder must execute a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for 100% of the Contract Price, and meet a Small Business Participation Program goal of 12%. The successful Bidder must sign a contract including provisions regarding Buy American Preference, Foreign Trade Restriction, Davis-Bacon, Affirmative Action, Debarment and Suspension, and Drug-Free Workplace. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all responses, waive informalities or technicalities, and is an equal opportunity employer prohibiting discrimination based on various factors. Question Deadline 03/03/2026 If, during the bidding period Bidder finds discrepancies, ambiguities, omissions, or is in doubt as to meaning or intent of Contract Documents, notify the Owner or Engineer not less than seven (7) days prior to Bid Date.
