Sealed bids are requested for cement stabilization, gravel surfacing, and incidentals on 153rd Avenue Southeast from County Highway 6 to Interstate Highway 94 in Cass County, North Dakota. Major items of work include 79,387 square yards of cement stabilization at 12 inches, 16,365 tons of Class 13 aggregate, and 2,572 tons of Portland cement. Only electronic bids submitted through Bidexpress.com will be accepted. A North Dakota contractor's license number must be provided in the electronic bid. A bidder's bond worth 5% of the amount bid, payable to Cass County, must accompany each bid, with paper bid bonds to be submitted by 1 pm on the day of letting; certified or cashier's checks will not be accepted.
