Renovation of a parking garage in Hague, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
There will be no pre-bid conference for the Project. Contractors that wish to coordinate a site visit may contact the issuing office. The Project includes renovation of an existing 5,800sf steel-framed highway garage building. General Construction Contract Work is to include selected demolition, new roof, new exterior walls, new interior walls and finishes, new windows and doors, and selected concrete slab replacement and refinishing. This rebid also adds an additional alternate for building extension for both the front and side of the building, in addition to the previous alternates. The work is to be completed under the following contract: TH-HG2026-G - General. All bids must be made on the official Bid Form or an exact copy by reproduction thereof and enclosed in a sealed envelope. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent of the maximum bid price, as determined by adding the base bid and any alternatives, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
