Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Ogdensburg, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and swimming pool.
The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to demolish existing concrete and vegetation within the limits of work. The project includes installation of new concrete walkways and concrete pads, new drainage piping and drainage structures, and construction of a new pool with a beach-style entrance, along with all other associated work. The project also involves remodeling the existing bathhouse, which includes improvements required by applicable codes such as relocation of life safety elements and modifications for ADA-compliant toilet rooms. Additional bathhouse work includes refinishing walls, floors, and ceilings; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades; bathroom fixture upgrades; and window and door replacements, along with all other associated work. Bidders may place bids on one or all contracts. The site is located at 100 Riverside Ave in the City of Ogdensburg, St. Lawrence County, New York. Question Deadline 03/07/2026 at 3:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted, in writing, to the Office of Planning & Development, 330 Ford Street, Ogdensburg, NY 13669, at least five days prior to the date set herein for the opening of bids.
