Remodeling of an educational facility in Ogdensburg, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
The project includes a General Construction Contract to perform the work associated with the Welding Lab Flooring installation at the Northwest Technical Center for St. Lawrence-Lewis BOCES. Supply all labor, materials, equipment, appliances and incidentals required and necessary for layout, installing, and performing the General Construction work for the Welding Lab Flooring at the Northwest Technical Center located in Ogdensburg, NY, for St. LawrenceLewis BOCES as shown on the Contract Drawings and described in the Contract Specifications. Location- 1000 Park St Ogdensburg, NY 13669 Instructions to bidders: Bidders must submit one copy of the Bid Form in a sealed envelope. Contract Documents may be examined at listed locations and obtained electronically or in paper form from Plan & Print Systems, Inc., upon payment of a non-refundable fee. Only complete sets of documents will be issued. Bidders must include a security deposit of not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid. Bidders are required to observe employment conditions and wage rates as stated. No bid may be withdrawn within thirty days after bid opening. The Board reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids, and may disqualify bidders for failure to comply with instructions. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is strongly recommended. The District follows a policy of nondiscrimination in employment, programs, and services. EXAMINATION Bidders are responsible for reviewing the bidding Documents and visiting the sites to obtain first-hand knowledge of existing conditions. Contractor will not be given extra payments for conditions which can be determined by reviewing the Bidding Documents and visiting the site.
