Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Ogdensburg, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a playground / park / athletic field; and swimming pool.
The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to demolish existing concrete and vegetation within the limits of work. The project includes installation of new concrete walkways and concrete pads, new drainage piping and drainage structures, and the construction of a new pool with a beach-style entrance, along with all other associated work. It also involves remodeling the existing bathhouse, including improvements required by applicable codes, relocating life safety elements, and modifications for ADA-compliant toilet rooms. Additional bathhouse work includes refinishing of walls, floors, and ceilings; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) upgrades; bathroom fixture upgrades; and window and door replacements, along with all other associated work. Sealed bids are to be submitted by the stated deadline. Bidders may submit bids for one or all contracts. If submitting by mail, the sealed bid must be received on or before the deadline.
