Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ogdensburg, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A. The project will be constructed under a multiple Prime Contract Agreement. 1. Prime Contracts are separate contracts between the Owner and the contractors, representing significant portions of the work. Each Prime Contract is performed concurrently, and closely coordinated, with the construction activities performed by other Prime Contracts, Vendors and the schools existing operations. B. The Prime Contract(s)forthis project include the following 1. Prime Contracts awarded through public bid opening a. Contract 01 General Construction (GC) b. Contract 02 Mechanical (MC) c. Contract 03 Plumbing (PC) d. Contract 04 Electrical (EC) e. Contract 05 Roofing (RC) 2. Work awarded through cooperative purchasing agreements or OGS/GSA State Contracts a. Contract 06 Temperature Controls b. Contract 07 Public Address/Access Control c. Contract 08 Gym Scoreboard d. Contract 09 Message Center Question Deadline 03/12/2026 All requests for such interpretations shall submitted in writing to BCA Architects & Engineers (on the attached RFI Form). To be given consideration a request for interpretation the RFI form must be received at least six (6) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Bette & Cring will be bidding the General Construction Contract Project is Prevailing Wage and Tax Exempt
