Demolition, site work, new construction and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Ogdensburg, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and swimming pool.

The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to demolish existing concrete and vegetation within the limits of work. The project also includes installation of new concrete walkways and concrete pads, new drainage piping and drainage structures, and the construction of a new pool with a beach-style entrance, along with all other associated work. Further, the project includes remodeling the existing bathhouse, with improvements required by applicable codes, including the relocation of life safety elements and modifications for ADA-compliant toilet rooms. Other bathhouse work includes refinishing of walls, floors, and ceilings; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades; bathroom fixture upgrades; and window and door replacements, along with all other associated work.
