Sealed Bids for Contract No. 3 of the construction of the Wastewater Pump Station Rehabilitation project for the City of Ogdensburg, NY, will be received for Heating, Ventilating and Plumbing. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis for Contract No. 3. The City previously awarded Contract Nos. 1 and 2. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None. Total Minority/Women Business Enterprise contracting goals: 30%. The work consists of constructing (complete with all equipment, accessories, and appurtenances) the following in accordance with the Bidding Documents heretofore prepared by Environmental Design & Research, Landscape Architecture, Engineering & Environmental Services, D.P.C.: South Water Street Pump Station o Replacement of existing raw sewage pump motors o Replacement of existing sump pump, piping, and valves o Architectural and structural modifications o Upgrades to electrical, instrumentation, and control systems o Upgrades to heating and ventilation o Upgrades to plumbing systems Heavy Industrial Park Pump Station o Demolition of existing raw sewage pumps and piping o Construction of an aboveground suction lift pump station o Construction of new electrical, instrumentation, and control systems A.
