Contract for the demolition and site restoration of 6 Milwaukee County Parks assets. The base contract is for the Manitoba Park Building, with alternate bids for Cupertino Park Comfort Building, St. Martin's Park Pavilion, Estabrook Park North Comfort Station, Holler Park Pool Basin, and Lincoln Park Golf Course Pump House. Contractors shall employ a minimum of 50% of the contract labor force with employees residing in Milwaukee County, with documentation managed through LCPtracker Labor Compliance software. The Targeted Business Enterprise (TBE) participation goal for this project is 0.98 percent. All required TBE-14 / DBE-14 forms must be completed and signed by the prime and submitted as indicated. Bidders must be qualified per Milwaukee County Ordinance, Chapter 43. A completed Subcontractor-Supplier Information Entry must be submitted with the bid. A 10 percent bid bond or certified check is required. The low responsive, responsible bidder will be recommended for contract award, but the owner reserves the right to reject any bid, to waive informalities in the bid, or to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the owner. The base bid shall remain open for acceptance for 60 days after the bid due date. All bidders must meet the minimum software requirements of the bidding website and be able to view, enter, scan, and upload PDF files to submit a bid. Completion within 60 calendar days.
