Renovation of a multi-residential development in Mountain Village, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The selected proposer shall remove and replace three non-condensing PK boilers with new, efficient, condensing boilers sufficient for melting 36,355 square feet of pavers. All piping, pumps, air separators, and expansion tanks shall be replaced as necessary. Piping must be insulated per code. All necessary electrical work associated with the boiler replacement is to be performed. Boiler controls are to be replaced with Tekmar 671. Coordination with the Heritage Crossing HOA is required to run new venting for intake and exhaust. A separate quote must be provided for flushing and replacing glycol in the entire system. All work must be completed by September 1, 2026. Deliverables include reports, design documents, construction documentation, and recommendations. Proposals must include a signed cover letter, firm/team qualifications and experience, project approach and methodology, proposed schedule and timeline, cost proposal/fee structure, at least three references (preferably municipal clients), and proof of insurance and licenses if applicable. Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format.
