Questions received less than seven days prior to the due date for the bids may not be answered. Pre-bid Conference A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday, the 11th of March at 3:00 PM at the maintenance shop of the Southside Water and Sewer District located at 1670 Lakeshore Drive in Sagle, Idaho 83860 to answer any questions. The Project consists of the following work Construction of a new water operations building including excavation, utilities, sitework, foundation, framing, siding/roofing, interior mechanical and electrical and plumbing work for a complete and operational facility. Controls and integration work will be provided by Bigfoot Technical Services per the Summary of Work. Includes furnishing a new submersible well pump in the District's recently drilled well No. 3 and tying the new and existing wells into the system via the new Operations Building. Includes a complete design-build solution for furnishing and installing a standby generator system per Alternative 01. The project is located at the District's existing well site off Brisboys Road in Sagle, Idaho. Construction of a Water Operations Building. Qualification Statements from Bidders are requested for the Contract: Southside Water and Sewer District, Sagle, Idaho, Water Operations Building. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders are required to prequalify to the requirements described in the Instruction to Bidders. Qualification Statements must be received at the office of the Southside Water and Sewer District. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
