Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Bridge Deck Replacement and Rehabilitation Ohio Turnpike Mainline Bridge Over Royalton Road (Sr 82) at Milepost 165.4, Ohio Turnpike Mainline Bridge Over York Road at Milepost 165.5, And Broadview Road (Sr 176) Over the Ohio Turnpike at Milepost 169.5 Cuyahoga County, Ohio Bids will be received for this Project, which includes the following: Replacement of the existing bridge decks. Additional rehabilitation work at the bridges includes replacement of the expansion joints and bearings; miscellaneous patching of the substructure, sealing of all construction joints; performing concrete weatherproofing; maintenance of traffic; painting of structural steel; and all other items incidental to the completion of the Work. All Work is to be performed as per the Plans, Drawings, Specifications, Special Provisions, Technical Specifications, and other Contract Documents for this Project. Question Deadline date changed from 03/18/2026 to 03/20/2026 as per Addendum 5 Prevailing Wage Rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements apply to this Project. The Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Goal applicable to this Project is 15%. A Contract will be awarded, if any award be made, to the Bidder determined to have submitted the lowest responsive and responsible Bid for the performance of the Work.
