Site work for a water / sewer project in Holton, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work consists of improvements to the City of Severy Water Treatment Plant Chemical Feed Systems, including furnishing and installing secondary filter with building enclosure; surface wash assemblies in each filter; filter to waste piping and pipe gallery improvements; new chlorination system and chlorine room improvements; dredge backwash lagoon and convert to two-cells with dichlorination discharge structure; new SCADA system; replace South High Service pump; piping; electrical; and associated appurtenances. Question Deadline 03/19/2026 Questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications deemed necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issue by addenda. Questions received less than 7 days prior to the Bid opening date may not be answered. Major items of work include rehabilitation of the sanitary sewer collection system including constructing five manholes, approximately 40 feet of various depth point repairs, repair of asphalt, gravel and brick surfacing, traffic control, and appurtenances.
