A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The University of Houston is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms for Building 1 HVAC improvement, located at Tech Bridge in Houston, Texas. The scope includes all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable for HVAC system replacement in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by OConnell Robertson and issued on 12/22/2025. There is a requirement for attendance and sign-in at both a mandatory Pre-Proposal Zoom Meeting and a mandatory site visit in order to submit a proposal. Failure to attend either mandatory event will result in disqualification. Bid responses must be submitted electronically through the JAGGAER Sourcing Event Portal. Bidders must create or log in to an account on the portal to respond. Questions Deadline Tuesday March 3, 2026 at 12:00 PM CT Noon
