As of 4/3/2026, this project has been canceled. Sealed bids are invited for the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental to the construction of Avalon at Cypress, Section 14 Reinforced Concrete Paving for Harris County MUD No. 165, Harris County, Texas. The project scope includes 10,196 SY of 6-inch reinforced concrete pavement. Bidders are required to submit electronic bids through www.civcastusa.com in compliance with the Owner's Electronic Bidding Rules, with all bids and bid securities submitted through the same platform. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount. The successful bidder must provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. Contractors must also submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to Construction of Avalon at Cypress, Section 14 Reinforced Concrete Paving (Rebid) for Harris County MUD No. 165, Harris County, Texas. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer.
