The project scope includes 10,196 SY of 6-inch reinforced concrete pavement. Bidders are required to submit electronic bids through www.civcastusa.com in compliance with the Owner's Electronic Bidding Rules, with all bids and bid securities submitted through the same platform. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount. The successful bidder must provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. Contractors must also submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid.
