As of 4/3/2026, this project has been canceled. Furnishing all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental to the construction of Avalon at Cypress, Section 14 Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Storm Sewer Facilities, including: - 2,836 LF of 8-inch water line and all appurtenances - 2,773 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances - 1,403 LF of 24-inch and 349 LF of 30-inch storm sewer and all appurtenances Bidders must submit bids in compliance with Owner's electronic bidding rules through the provided website. Each bid must include a cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds for the full contract amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid.
