Harmony Public Schools ("HPS") is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified offerors to provide construction services to furnish and install a permanent exterior canopy to provide weather protection and improved safety for students, staff, and visitors. The canopy will be installed at designated building entrances, walkways, or drop-off areas as identified by the District. The work includes site verification, layout, furnishing of materials, foundations/footings, structural supports, roofing system, anchoring, and all associated labor required for a complete and code-compliant installation. The canopy system shall be designed to withstand local wind loads and weather conditions and comply with all applicable building codes, ADA requirements, and school district standards. Question Deadline 03/06/2026 at 5:00 PM CT This procurement, any award under this procurement, and the resulting contract, if any, is subject to approval by HPS's governing board. Subsequent to Board approval, the only person authorized to commit HPS contractually is the Superintendent or his designee. This solicitation is an invitation for sealed proposals and neither this solicitation nor the response or the bid from any prospective bidder shall create a contractual relationship that would bind HPS until such time as both HPS and the selected proposer/contractor sign a legally binding contract, which includes, without limitation, the terms required by HPS. Proposals that have been opened may not be changed for the purpose of correcting an error in the price.
