Renovation of a municipal facility in Edmundston, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Painting of the exterior metal cladding of the Public Works main building. Tender documents may be obtained at the reception desk of the Edmundston City Hall, by e-mail at plan@edmundston.ca, or by calling 506-739-2125. A mandatory site visit will be held by appointment only, with a city representative present. Registration for the visit is required. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the City of Edmundston, must accompany the tender. The successful tenderer will be required to provide a Performance and a Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of 50% of the accepted tender price, or a certified cheque in the amount of 20% of the accepted tender price. Bonds must be in the form prescribed by Regulation 2021-81 under the Construction Remedies Act, S.N.B. 2020, c.29, and must extend protection to subcontractors and other persons supplying services or materials to the bidder for the work, as prescribed.
