Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lyons, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a 11,430-square-foot road / highway.
The proposed construction consists of 1,270 square yards of asphaltic base patching, 1,450 tons of aggregate shouldering, 4,345 tons of hot mix asphalt pavement, and other miscellaneous items of work. All pertinent documents may be examined at the Town Hall at 6339 Hospital Road or on the internet at www.questcdn.com. Complete digital project Bidding Documents are available at www.questcdn.com, upon a non-refundable payment of $32.00 per set by inputting Quest Project #10055010 on the Quest CDN project search page. No hard copy/paper Bidding Documents will be provided and documents can only be purchased through Quest CDN. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check or bank draft payable to the Town of Lyons for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions. The Town Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder.
