The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the installation of natural gas mains and service lines; excavation and ground restoration; directional boring; emergency repair services; and the provision of materials associated with these projects. Question Submission Deadline: March 9th, 2026 3:30pm CST The term of this contract shall be for a period not to exceed three (3) years. The contract shall commence on the date of bid approval by the awarding authority. No automatic renewals or extensions beyond the initial term shall be permitted. The anticipated award date for this contract is April 6, 2026. All communications must be in writing, sent by email to Chris Hardy, Gas Department Superintendent [chris.hardy@alexandercityal.gov] and Sasha Stewart, Purchasing Agent [sasha.stewart@alexandercityal.gov]. The subject line of the email must include Bid 26-06. All questions must be received no later than March 9th, 2026 3:30pm CST.
