The project involves the replacement of fire alarms at Academy at C.F. Thomas Elementary, John D. Spicer Elementary, WG Thomas Coliseum, and Watauga Middle School. The specifications and drawings for the work will be discussed during a mandatory pre-proposal meeting and tour of each location. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the IonWave bid system prior to the specified deadline. No paper proposals will be accepted. Pricing must remain firm for 90 days from the proposal opening date. The awarded contract will be based on evaluation of proposal responses and criteria determined by the District. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive formalities and irregularities in the process. Proposals must conform to all local, state, and federal ordinances, statutes, and regulations governing the manufacture, safety, and installation of the items.
