Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,177-square-foot military facility.

Provide all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to construct a new supply building including office, warehouse, and weapons lock-up at 17 Wing Detachment Dundurn, Saskatchewan. The project consists of constructing a new 1177 m² building complete with all required foundations, framing, roofing, building envelope, architectural finishes, and electrical systems. The new building will combine the existing Supply services, currently located in multiple locations, into one location and will include a customer service area, office area, storage area, open work area, and secured weapons storage. The contract includes all construction costs, on-site work (including all required services, parking, and landscaping), site utilities, necessary redundant mechanical systems, communication conduits and wiring, backup power equipment, built-in equipment, and built-in furniture. Pre-qualification requirements: Only general contractors who respond to this RFEOI will be invited to submit bids during the Tender Phase. The Contractor will be required to include Indigenous businesses (or eligible joint ventures) as subcontractors or suppliers. Contractors must hold at least a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) issued by Public Services and Procurement Canada's Contract Security Program (CSP). In the case of a joint venture, all parties must hold at least a valid DOS. If not currently holding a DOS, contractors must have initiated the sponsorship application process prior to the Tender Phase and meet material requirements by the closing date of the tender call. Responses must be submitted through the Electronic Bidding System. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
