Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,177-square-foot military facility; and 1,177-square-foot office development.
Provide all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to construct a new supply building, including office, warehouse, and weapons lock up at 17 Wing Detachment Dundurn, Saskatchewan. The project involves constructing a 1177 m² building complete with all required foundations, framing, roofing, building envelope, architectural finishes, and electrical systems. The new building will combine existing supply services currently located in multiple locations into one facility. The building will include a customer service area, office area, storage area, open work area, and secured weapons storage. Bidders must include Indigenous businesses or eligible joint ventures as subcontractors or suppliers to the project. Only general contractors who respond to this Request for Expression of Interest will be invited to submit a bid during the Tender Phase. Bid security will be required during the Tender Phase. The contractor will be required to hold at least a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) and must comply with DCC’s Procurement Code of Conduct. Joint ventures must indicate their formation clearly in the submission and list all members and representatives. Responses must be submitted through the Electronic Bidding System. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
