USCG Base Kodiak requires boiler repair and replacement at the Sector Field Office Valdez Housing in Valdez, AK 99686, in accordance with the Statement of Work. Bidders must provide a technical capability statement of no more than 5 pages that demonstrates knowledge and experience in installing similar materials and evidence of a valid Alaska General Contractor License. A firm-fixed price for the scope of work identified in the Statement of Work must be provided. Performance must be completed within 90 days after the notice to proceed is issued, unless otherwise negotiated. Evaluation will be based on best value, with technical expertise and current Alaska licensing more important than price. All contractual and technical questions must be in writing. Questions must be received by February 26, 2026, 1:00 p.m. Alaska time, to Robbin Kessler at robbin.m.kessler@uscg.mil Telephone questions will not be accepted.
