The City of Flint, Finance Department of Purchases & Supplies, is soliciting sealed bids for providing UTAH DAM CLEANING per the attached additional requirements. Interested firms must submit 1 original, printed, signed proposal and signed addenda, 2 additional unbound copies, and 1 electronic copy. The mail-in hard copy with original signature must be received by the due date and time, in a sealed envelope clearly identifying the proposal name and number. Electronic copies are accepted on the BidNet Direct platform or may be emailed in the event of technical error, with the proposal name and number in the subject line. Both the mail-in proposal and electronic submittal must be received by the due date and time. Faxed bids are not accepted. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference is required for bid consideration.
