Environmental abatement and disposal of asbestos and hazardous materials, as well as demolition and disposal of commercial structures in Flint, Michigan. Bids are issued by the Genesee County Land Bank Authority (GCLBA). All successful bidders must comply with federal labor standards, which may include the Davis-Bacon Act, Copeland Anti-Kickback legislation, and federal equal opportunity requirements. Minority and Woman business owned enterprises (MBE/WBE) and Section 3 business concerns are encouraged to respond. GCLBA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in any bid, in the interest of GCLBA. Pre-qualification requirements: Bids will be received from pre-qualified contractors on GCLBA's Bidder's List.
