Purchase Type Term: 07/01/2026 03:00 AM EDT - 06/30/2029 03:00 AM EDT The City of Oceanside ("City") is requesting proposals, including a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), from consulting firms that demonstrate the qualifications and experience necessary to provide the services described herein. The City of Oceanside Engineering Division is an integral part of the City's Development Services Department and is responsible for the design, management, and construction of Capital Improvement Projects and Land Development projects. Consultants providing services under these categories shall act as an extension of the City, serving as trusted technical advisors and integral members of the City's project delivery team. The City places the highest importance on trust and integrity, and consultants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that consistently upholds these principles. Consultants shall exercise a fiduciary responsibility to the City, placing the City's interests above all others and prioritizing public safety, fiscal stewardship, regulatory compliance, and long-term asset performance. All professional judgments, recommendations, and decisions shall be made with independence, objectivity, and transparency.
