The City of Oceanside Engineering Division is an integral part of the City's Development Services Department and is responsible for the design, management, and construction of Capital Improvement Projects and Land Development projects. Consultants providing services under these categories shall act as an extension of the City, serving as trusted technical advisors and integral members of the City's project delivery team.
