Reference Number 0000413540 Question Deadline 03/04/2026 at 11:00 AM MT Questions are submitted online Yes Weber School District is requesting quotes for the removal and install of 2 rooftop units. Weber School District has purchased the units to be installed. The Contractor must be within 100 mile radius of Weber School District Maintenace Facility, located at 2074 W 2100 S West Haven, Utah 84401. This quote is for removal and installation only. Start date of project can begin on June 1, 2026 and MUST BE COMPLETED BY AUGUST 3, 2026. Liquidated damages of $200.00 per day will be applied if project is not completed by August 3, 2026. The Board of Education, Weber School District, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes or any portion thereof and to waive any abnormalities during the bidding process as the District deems to be in their best interest. Low bid is no way binding upon our district and final selection and honoring of the bids will be made by our office. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 5 % BID SECURITY: Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price payable to WEBER SCHOOL DISTRICT as a guarantee that the bidder, if his bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Contract, secure payment of worker's compensation insurance and furnish a satisfactory, faithful performance bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) of the contract price and a payment bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) of the contract price.
