Questions Due Date: May 15th 2026, 5:00 PM MDT Weber County Library Board of Directors is seeking a qualified, licensed service provider to provide a screen wall and reroof of the Pleasant Valley Branch Library. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes the following: 1. Preparation of existing roofing system and installation of new overlay roofing membrane and removal and reinstallation of flashing, and sheet metal. 2. Installation of mechanical roof screen with structural supports and anchorage. Coordination of roof penetrations. 3. Provide protection to all adjacent surfaces, finishes, equipment, including but not limited to: roofing, steel structure, exterior louvers, mechanical equipment and ducting. Protect all portions or roof assembly from exposure to water intrusion. Repair damage caused by construction operations as approved by the Owner.
